Service Description

Trio Chiropractic  provides DOT and non-DOT physicals. All DOT physicals are administered by an DOT trained physician and certified by FMCSA. Trio Chiropractic ensures that all required documentation is completed and that you are issued a CDL medical card upon successfully passing the exam. 

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule we ask that you call at least 24 hours before your appointment. This will allow us to free up that time slot for some one who may need it.
